The sense of style is the appearance, sight, touch or smell that gravitates an individual to a physical or digital product. This is completely separate from the idea of how usable or effective a physical or digital product is. It is the sense of style that attracts or repels a user to or from an object. Don Norman says, “Great designers use their aesthetic sensibilities to drive these visceral wresponses”
