Venue: The meeting will be held at the new UCI applied innovations conference room located at: 5270 California Avenue, Suite 100, Irvine, CA
There will be free wifi and parking for the meeting. No permit is required for parking at the UCI applied innovations.
Accommodations: The hotels close to the airport (10 minutes to campus) are the best options. Particularly Atrium Hotel and Hilton. Some hotels by the airport have free round trip shuttle to and from campus.
Getting Here: UCI is located right by the 73 freeway (the toll roads) with the closest exit being Bison Ave. There are no tolls driving south-bound from the Los Angeles area on 73 up to Bison Ave. exit. If you are driving from up from San Diego area and want to avoid the tolls, take 405N towards Irvine and take University Ave or Culver Ave exits.
The closest airport is John Wayne (SNA) which is located within 10 minutes driving distance to campus with flights from all major airlines.
