The DFEH Clinic Bibliography covered major treatises for: (1) Labor & Employment; (2) Disability; (3) Civil Procedure; and (4) ADR, Arbitration, & Mediation. Also remember that clinic students are welcome to visit, email, or call the Reference Desk to discuss research strategies, or for assistance locating or using any of the Law Library resources. Students should be careful not to divulge any confidential information about their cases or clients.
