  1. I was informed this morning that Tescan engineer would be on site to check the UPS tomorrow.

  2. One of Tescan major engineers got access to our SEM remotely on Sunday and sent us some instructions. This morning we did some tests and gave the engineer feedback. Waiting for further instruction. This engineer is in Europe now and there are not other engineers available. So the response is slow. Please be patience.

  3. Some log files were sent to Tescan engineers yesterday. This morning, Tescan engineers worked with me remotely and tested several things, but the problems remain. They are discussing the situation internally.
