The Nanomill mill was down because of the vacuum issue. Trouble shooting is in progress.

//The SEM had a cooling problem at 9am. The problem was fixed at 12:00.
OneView CCD on 2100F is done from 10/28/2020 to 11/9/2020
//The temperature control board is broken so the OneView CCD can not be cool down. Gatan replaced the board on Monday 11/9/2020 and 2100F is back to operation at 1pm.
Total done time 228 hours (12 days).

Sputtering is not available at ACE200 and recovered on 10/23/20
//The Pt/Pd target is run out and ACE200 is not available for sputtering from 10/13/2020. This does not affect both carbon coating and glow discharge. We already ordered the replacement from Leica and will let you know once sputtering is available.
2800 vacuum service started Monday 9/28/20 and brought up 3:30PM on 10/2/20
//2800’s scroll pumps were replaced and the one of the TMP controllers got replaced as well.
The potentiometer on the vacuum board was properly adjusted to display vacuum accurately. Now the vacuum looks good. Since we opened the evacuation line, we started a bake on 9/30/20 (1pm). The bakeout will be done Friday.
Grand ARM got CL aperture serviced started 9/22 9am and eded 5pm
//Kratos-Supra (XPS) is down (8/23/2020)
//X-ray gun filament needs to be replaced. An annual preemptive maintenance is being scheduled with Kratos, which would last about 2 weeks (including the x-ray gun filament replacement)
2800 is down due to poor vacuum started 8/18 at 11am and up 8/28 at 4pm
//2800 is being baked right now. We are planning to bring it up on Friday 8/21.
Quanta3D Omniprobe is down July 23, 2020
//The Omniprobe on Quanta3D is down. Issues were reported to Thermofisher on July 23. Engineers have visited since July 28 and are still working to remedy the problem.
