July 10, 2013 at 9:21 aman inspiring talk. “I believe” are powerful words – a successful organization needs a soul, curiosity, and the courage to challenge the status quo for sustainability. everyone in the organization are a cohort connected by the soul. just like a successful leader is not a leader first – s/he is a successful person first, with a beautiful and powerful soul that naturally influence others. I believe in “inside out” 🙂 work on the “in”, the “out” will follow.
