The days have gotten shorter, and as we enter into the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it is easy to move through each day on autopilot and forget to take notice of the good things in our lives. We are sharing a nifty, easy program from the UCI Wellness Program – Three Good Things.
Download the 3-good-things-booklet, read through, and for 21 days, write down three things that went well or for which you were grateful that day (no sharing necessary). If you would like to be entered into a campus Wellness raffle, message one of us that you are participating before we go on Winter Break (December 22nd) and we’ll enter the names!
