Place your palms down on the chair seat at each side of your outer thighs. Inhale and scoop your abs in towards your back. Press into your palms, keep your knees bent, and raise your lower body off of the chair. Hover over your chair for a few seconds, or longer. Gently lower down to the chair, rest, and repeat two to four more times.
Intermediate – Lift your knees as high as you can to get the most out of this ab exercise.
