Tomorrow at 11 am ALA will be hosting a free American Libraries Live event (online).

The topic will be Diversity in Libraries, from services to collections development.

Irvine Global Village Festival

If you are looking for something to do this weekend you might want to check out the Irvine Global Village Festival. This is a free event that is celebrating its 15th anniversary. There will be Live Music, Food booths, an International Marketplace, and activities for the kids.

This event is to promote understanding in Irvine’s multicultural community.

When : September 24, 2016 – 10am to 6pm

Where : Bill Barber Park in the Woodbridge coomunity of Irvine

Cost : Festival Admission is FREE!
