Attention Yoga enthusiasts: This week begins another session of nearly free classes available through FitSquad. Each quarter there are some changes in the schedule, adding classes or not offering something from before, depending on instructor availability and interest. The 10-week fitness classes cost $5.00 for all weeks. Can’t get a better deal anywhere else!

Classes are running during lunch, noon time or evening, and in various locations such as: Aldrich Park, Research Park, UCI Medical Center, and more. Not all classes are yoga, so check it out.

UCI Campus Recreation also offers a Self-Defense class that is completely FREE. This course is 5 weeks long, on Fridays at noon time located at the ARC. One class starts this Friday, Jan.10 and the next session begins Feb.14. See Self UCI Defense for more info or to register.
