The Pearlman Lab is located at UC Irvine, School of Medicine campus, Irvine, California.

Our lab is focused on dissecting the host-pathogen interactions in early-stages of infection and inflammation. Specifically, we use a model of fungal and bacterial infections in the corneas to study the innate immune responses and its regulation during infection.
