General Meeting: Loma Linda

Details: Loma Linda University, located just above Riverside, boasts eight health profession programs and participates in cutting edge research. Located within a medical center, LLU gives students many opportunities to practice. This week, we will be bringing in two special guests, Shastin Rains and Dr. Naomi Florea, to come speak to us and answer any questions you all might have for them! *Some background info: Shastin Rains is the Director of Enrollment and Alumni Affairs. Dr. Naomi Florea, the Director for Experimental Education, began offering an elective course called International Mission Preparation, a course that focuses on physical assessment and the many disease states that students will encounter once in rural Romania, where the majority of people have no health care.
