Prami Sengupta is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California, Irvine. Her dissertation focuses on the role of values-based investors in influencing corporate policies and practices. She is also involved in research collaborations examining corporate understanding of climate change, workers’ wellbeing and productivity, and workplace diversity. Her research has been funded by the Center for Organizational Research, UCI. Outside academia, she loves knitting, baking, and restoring old furniture.
