Translation:
[1] This month Amurdād in the year 73, day Ādur, Ādurōy the scribe [2] by order of the one, who is in charge of investigating the tillage in order to find out about [3] the property, evaluated (ayārd) the land called “vineyard” (razestān), which (belongs to) the bun of the village of Haspīn-raz. [4] Because of the dispute between Farroxōhrmazd and *Hormizd he (Ādurōy the scribe) went (line 5) over to the village of *Haspīn-raz [5] an inspection of the farmers of the village of *Haspīn-raz, [6] he summoned the men Dērā by name, son of *Tagōy, the men [7] Dērā by name, son of Gušnasp, the men Farroxgušnasp by name, [8] of Dēlgušnasp, the men Mihrōhrmazd by name, son of Dēr. [9] And the settlement by the scribe ( of) the dispute of that land of Farroxōhrmazd and Hormizd [10] (is): each time one weighs 6 kabīz one shall give one third of a cauldron. [11] This transcript of investigation with the seal of those of [12] the above mentioned names and Ādurōy sealed. [13] The rent which he (Ādurōy ī dibīr) evaluated for the land of the “vineyard” (was) written by appointment.
