Tepe Yahya Shard

An incised shard with fragmentary Middle Persian inscription was found in Tepe Yahya. According to Frye, it dates early to 240-300 C.E. because of its inscriptional alphabet. The inscription reads -]tkn ʿP which is likely a place name or title.
