I am Sashi, I am currently working as a full-time Research Scientist at Bosch Research, as part of the Security and Privacy Group.
In 2023, I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, where I was advised by Prof. Gene Tsudik in the SPROUT lab. During Ph.D., I also interned with Meta, Visa, and SRI International. Before joining Ph.D. in 2018, I was a Software Engineer at Microsoft for 2 years. In 2016, I received my bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR).
Research Interests:
My research interests include Privacy-Preserving Technologies using Applied Cryptography and Trusted Execution Environments, Side-Channel Analysis using Machine/Deep Learning, Malware Mitigation, Embedded Systems Security, and Biometrics.
