We launched the Beta version of Faculty Websites in May. Over the past few months we’ve been slowly growing, mostly by word of mouth. As of today, we have 52 Faculty Websites. Not all of them are publicly listed as the faculty members decide when they are ready to make their sites more widely available.

So far things have gone very well. Many of our early adopters were able to get a nice, professional looking website online quickly. We are working on creating some new themes to give them some more options for look and feel.

We’re now officially out of Beta and announcing it more widely. This includes an upcoming article in IT News, a notice on the OIT home page and an announcement on EEE.
