Talks
Presenters will have 20 minutes for presentation, plus 5 minutes for Q&A. For online presenters, we will share with you the link to join on Zoom later.
In-person posters
Landscape poster boards will be provided with dimensions up to 8×4 feet (95×48 inches, 2.4×1.2 meters). If you wish to print your poster in Irvine, there is a FedEx branch right next to campus that provides printing service.
Online posters
For online poster presenters, please create a Zoom meeting for your section, and share the link with us via email (scil2024.uci@gmail.com) by June 10. We will make the link available to all conference participants. Please be in the meeting room during your poster session.
Meanwhile, if you wish to have make your poster available prior to the conference, please send us the PDF version via email (scil2024.uci@gmail.com) by June 25. We are happy to make the file available on this website.
