UCI is located ten minutes from John Wayne International Airport (SNA) and can be reached from several major freeways.
5 Freeway from Los Angeles – 5 south, to 55 south, to 405 south. Exit at Jamboree Road. Turn right on Jamboree, left on Campus Drive, right on West Peltason Drive. Parking structures are ahead on Mesa.
5 Freeway from San Diego – 5 north to 405 north. Exit at Culver Drive. Turn left on Culver Drive, right on Campus Drive and left on West Peltason Drive. Parking structures are ahead on Mesa.
405 Freeway from Los Angeles – 405 south. Exit at Jamboree Road. Turn right on Jamboree, left on Campus Drive, right on West Peltason Drive. Parking structures are ahead on Mesa.
405 Freeway from San Diego – 405 north. Exit at Culver Drive. Turn left on Culver Drive, right on Campus Drive and left on West Peltason Drive. Parking structures are ahead on Mesa.
91 Freeway – 91 west to 55 south. Merge onto 405.
LAX Airport:
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes from UCI (depending on traffic). There are multiple routes to reach UCI from LAX.
Get on I-105 E from S Sepulveda Blvd. Use right lane to take I-405 S. Take exit 10 for 73 S. Continue on 73 S and take exit 14B for University Dr. Turn left onto University Dr. and turn right on Mesa Rd. Parking structures ahead on Mesa.
