Thank you Dylan for the exceptional service to the Samueli School of Engineering for over 10 years! We wish you all the best in your new position in the School of Education.
Amy Johnson
Thank you Amy for keeping the Dean’s Office running smoothly. We appreciate it so much!
Michael Weiss
Wow Michael! A sincere “Thank You” for going above and beyond to facilitate a high value purchase for Athina while you are on vacation. The Samueli School of Engineering is lucky to have dedicated staff who are willing to take time to ensure their purchases are handled completely and accurately.
Rolando De La Torre
I have a kudos to share regarding Rolando in Facilities, the ultimate Samueli School of Engineering team player!
We had an urgent package expected from Amazon that was confirmed as delivered to the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. However, we did NOT receive the package. Apparently, Rolando happened to find the “missing Amazon package” that was mis-delivered to the ET near the construction area yesterday. Rolando took the time to stop and find the Attn To: Jennifer Miller/CEE Dept. and went above and beyond by delivering this right away to the CEE Dept. Not only does Rolando have a “keen eye”, but he is the ultimate SSoE team player in our eyes as this saved our department from a campus-wide “search” (many emails and effort) to find this package that is urgently needed for one of our professors.
Thank you to Rolando for going above and beyond to help. We are thankful for your assistance and teamwork, as always!
Magnus Egerstedt
Kudos to Engineering Dean Magnus for starting the “Walking with the Dean” series. What a wonderful way to start the day and meet other engineering colleagues.
Thank you, Dean Magnus!
