Dear Space, Time and Orange County,

Thank you for your enthusiastic contributions to our closing event last Wednesday. Catherine and I were thrilled by the specificity and depth of your background research and the creative breadth of the urban interventions that followed. We sincerely apologize for forcing you to present so quickly due to our miscommunication with the community center. (We had planned to end around 8, but hadn’t planned to be obliged to lock the doors at that time.)

I would like to collect final copies of your presentation materials for three purposes: my records, the course website, and the University Archives. Note that on the website, you would only be identifed by first name, and that the site is not indexed by any search engines. This said, I will refrain from uploading any material you’re not comfortable having online.

Please compile and submit final copies of all research and presentation materials, organized as appropriate. I’m imagining the following: your presentation slides, any written texts or notes, and any media files: graphics, brochures, recordings. In the case of Powerpoint or Keynote presentations, I would appreciate receiving the original format as well as a PDF. Please let me know which material, if any, should be kept off the website.

Please get this to me as soon as you can — by the end of the week at the latest. I will organize this material for the Archives and select some highlights for the website.

I hope you enjoyed Space, Time and Orange County. I look forward to inviting you all back as informants in the future.

Warm regards,

–Jesse
