Use of classrooms for remote teaching (Zotmail)

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you to everyone for providing us with the information we needed to schedule classrooms for the rest of the quarter. This is a quick update on the status of this effort.

As noted in previous campus emails, all campus buildings were locked on April 3rd. Faculty and TAs who requested continued access to a classroom have either been assigned a space in the Anteater Learning Pavilion (ALP) or made their own arrangements to use a School or Department managed space. Additional details will be emailed directly to those individuals.

At this point, all room assignments listed in the Schedule of Classes are no longer considered current. They are being maintained for future planning purposes only.

A few additional spaces are still available in ALP for those who need access to the technology. However, in support of physical distancing guidelines, we continue to recommend that you utilize your home (preferred) or campus office whenever possible to prepare and deliver your courses. For now, campus offices are allowed for remote instructional purposes, even if the building is closed and locked.

If you have found that neither are suitable and would like to request a space in ALP, you may still do so by completing this form:

Please note that it may take 1-2 days to complete your request and arrange for a keycard. For further guidance on accessing campus buildings, please refer to the following message:

Thank you.
