Assignments:
- Look over this self-assessment worksheet on “Inclusion by Design: Survey Your Syllabus and Course Design” and consider what revisions are needed to make your syllabus/course more accessible. You will complete the self-assessment at the end of the course.
- Complete the first draft of your statement of teaching philosophy. This should build on your initial reflection from the beginning of the course and our readings and discussions thus far. Additional resources can be found here: Jenks, Crafting a Statement of Teaching Philosophy. Please draft your statement as a Google doc and come to class prepared to offer feedback to your fellow students.
