Ethnographies of Technology (ANTH256A) is a course in the University of California, Irvine, Department of Anthropology  taught by Valerie Olson.  It has included doctoral and masters students from the department of Anthropology, the Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures, the Department of European Languages and Studies, the department of Visual Studies, the Program in Culture and Theory, and the School of Information and Computer Sciences. Our final projects, book reviews, are collected here in order to promote ethnographic works and foster conversations about them.
