The registration fee is per session and includes all project materials and lunch.
Please note that the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement must be completed after processing payment. Link to the agreement will also be included in the Welcome email sent to the email address on file after payment has been processed. Please look out for the Welcome email and respond in a timely manner. Failure to complete the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement will result in automatic cancellation and refund of registration fee, minus the $100 deposit.
Scholarships:
A limited number of full and partial scholarships are available to families with financial need.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The registration fee includes a deposit of $100 and is non-refundable, no exceptions. Cancellations will be accepted through 14 calendar days before the start of each session for a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of each session will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made on or after the first day of the session's start date are non-refundable, no exceptions.
