​The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) is dedicated to enhancing the health, and social and economic well-being of Asians and Pacific Islanders in Orange County, California. Established in 1997, OCAPICA works to improve and expand the community’s opportunities through service, education, advocacy, organizing and research.

Radiate Consulting

Radiate consulting is a network of worker cooperatives incubated by democracy at work institute as part of the rapid response cooperative (RRC) development project. The vision is to create professional opportunities for members of underrepresented communities and find economic freedom through an entrepreneurial journey. At the same time, the members provide high-quality professional services to and give back to the very same communities they belong to.
