Panel topics may be proposed by prospective Panel Chairs. Panel proposals may designate some or all presenters. Those presenters must lodge paper proposals indicating panel they are affiliated with. (It is the responsibility of the panel chair to ensure that proposed speakers lodge paper proposals). Panel topics may be proposed without designating speakers. In this case the selection committee may select the panel and may populated it with speakers who have proposed relevant papers.
Panel and paper proposals must be submitted through the online form at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bok2016 Enter your name, contact, biography, paper title, and a 300 word paper abstract. Your submission must also include the signed waiver form, found here: Presentation and Publication Waiver Form For multiple authors, please upload a single, multi-page file.
In order to submit you must create or sign-in to an account through EasyChair and then select New Submission at the top left of the page. Submit to “Papers and Panels.”
Acceptance of panels and papers will occur in parallel. The conference planning committee reserves the right to accept or decline panel proposals, and to combine and reconfigure panels in the conference planning process.
