Our Mission
Our goal at the UCI High-End Mass Spectrometry Facility is to bring emerging mass spectrometric technologies to UC Irvine and provide proteomic analysis for clients interested in focused and proteome-wide protein expression, identification, quantification, and structural interrogation of proteins and protein complexes.
Newly established in 2018 in conjunction with the UCI School of Medicine and as part of the matrix supported by the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center, the UCI Proteomics Facility aims to assists UCI Campus and Medical Center investigators, as well as providing services to other academic, non-profit, and commercial institutions.
