Once you complete your registration, the registration forms will be emailed to you. Instructions will be included for how to send the forms back to us. The forms include:

  1. Drop-off/Pick-Up Map & Directions
  2. Waiver of Liability
  3. Media Release
  4. Medical Release
  5. Code of Conduct
