Project Details

This research project is focused on understanding how youth-centered programs can help young people develop deeper identities toward career pathways. A central issue is developing holistic measures of occupational identity, different aspects of how young people see themselves and the opportunities they envision for the future.

Our goal is to develop practical measures that capture aspects of young people’s identity development. Youth programs can utilize these measures to inform their practices.
