Overview
Our measures aim to spur new insight and decision-making for youth programs to support youths’ occupational identities. We map out the aspects of youth experiences about careers, identity, and self around which young people develop their occupational identity over their lifetimes.
Our goal is to design ways to collect quick, formative data of different facets of youths’ identity and communicate these areas back to youths and educational programs. Our hope is that educators and practitioners try the practical measures out for themselves and adapt the measures to their practices.
