Position details:
This is a yearlong (includes summer) paid position requiring 10 hours/week, 10 weeks/quarter. It starts Spring Quarter, with training at the end of Winter Quarter. We prefer applications submitted by sophomores (2nd years) but will also consider applications submitted by freshmen, juniors, and non-graduating seniors.
The SOP intern participates in a variety of projects: speaking at workshops, advising students, producing publicity materials, updating and organizing scholarship information, and promoting and evaluating events. The job also includes administrative duties. This position requires creativity, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an office setting.
