Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transferring the knowledge to development team.
- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and design sessions.
- Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client’s business needs.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
- Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
- Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.
- Coordinating with the business function owners to test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions, and determine defects.

JOB OPENING: ASSOCIATE INTERN
DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Intern will work with senior members of a boutique investment banking firm. The intern will be responsible for daily accounting activities (payables, making deposits, etc). The other primary responsibility is maintaining all documentation as it relates to federal securities regulations. From time to time the intern can also expect to participate in research and analysis work relating to M&A transactions and assist in the preparation of marketing documents. Some administrative work should also be expected.
Exposure to real world client situations and transactions, from start to finish, will provide the intern with direct insight into and experience in the field of investment banking. Although this is fast paced, results oriented environment, the intern’s academic obligations are recognized as a priority; work assignments will be scheduled with this in mind. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
