Prerequisites and Syllabus

To ensure the success of the Summer School, attendees are expected to have (a) at least an undergraduate degree in psychology or an allied field, including a basic knowledge of standard statistical procedures (e.g., linear regression); and (b) a working knowledge of R or python programming. No advanced knowledge of mathematics or matrix algebra is required.

The provisional syllabus can be downloaded here.  The content of the Summer School is partly based on Computational Modeling of Cognition and Behavior by Simon Farrell and Stephan Lewandowsky.  A copy of this book will be provided to attendees.
