Yoga uses poses and stretches synchronized with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. You are encouraged to practice in a way that is suitable to that your present state of health and mind. Accurate alignment is emphasized to encourage core strength, calm, and confidence. Yoga mats are not provided in ARC.
Zumba:
Zumba is a dance fitness class by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
