First, What are Group Fitness Classes?
Group Fitness Classes are open to UCI Students and ARC Members with one of the following passes:
- Group X,
- Yoga/Pilates,
- F45 or
- All-Access Pass.
This pass includes: Zumba, Studio Cycling, Strength Sets, Cardio Combat, Tread & Shred and Barre Fusion.
This pass includes: PiYo, Yoga, Pilates and Acro-Yoga classes.
This 45-minute workout is a complete calorie killer that will keep you motivated to move more. F-45 is a fun HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that uses functional equipment like battling ropes, sleds, bikes, rowers, & medicine balls.
Second, How to register in these classes?
- The Passes are available for purchase:
- In Person at Campus Recreation Services (M-F, 9am – 6pm, located on the 2nd Floor of the ARC)
- Online (you will need your *login and password) – View step by step directions (pdf).
- Via the UCI Campus Rec App (available for Andriod and Apple). You will need your *login and password. View of step by step directions (pdf).
- Once you have purchased the pass, just sign up for any class you would like to take (each individual day). Once again, this can be done in person, online or on the app.
- For online or the app, just click on the Group X icon and you can select specific classes, instructors, etc or just by date to see available classes.
- Click on the desired class to enroll. (Reservations are required for the F45 classes and the Yoga/Pilates classes, the other Group X classes will show up here as well but are not required to reserve a spot).
