The Huang lab is hiring!
The team is assembled with a group of motivated and talented scientists to work on developing new proteomic platforms to study and delineate interaction and structural dynamics of protein complexes and proteomes for understanding protein sociology and structural systems biology in living organisms.
We currently have openings for:
- Postdoctoral Researchers
- Graduate Students
- Research Associates
- Undergraduate Researchers
Current Projects:
- Developing and characterizing new cross-linkers
- Developing quantitative XL-MS strategies to define interaction and conformational dynamics
- Developing proteome-wide XL-MS technologies for structural systems biology
- Defining native protein complexes from intact cells and tissues
- Deciphering the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway for understanding basic biology
- Uncovering molecular mechanisms underlying human diseases including Alzheimer’s disease and cancer
- Spatial proteomics
- Single-cell proteomics
We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment and mentorship at all levels of academic training! If you are interested, please send your CV to lanhuang@uci.edu.
