An ODP problem was reported this afternoon. I will contact service engineer on Monday

TEM is fixed. You may use it now.
FEI engineer started repairing our TEM yesterday. He will continue doing this till the TEM is fixed. If there is any further update, I will post it in comments.
TEM service engineer emailed me yesterday evening. He will check the TEM ODP on Wed (tomorrow).
FEI service department was contacted this morning. Waiting for response from our service engineer.
