Ion gun and FEG were not operational because of vacuum problem. Contacted FEI engineer who will come on Monday

The instrument was fully recoved by noon yesterday. Service engineer also checked the FIB alignment. It has been working properly for one day without any problem.
Recovering the vacuum and restarting the FEG now. The instrument may be available by noon.Please call me for the latest development.
