  1. Bruker engineer postponed the service to Tuesday this week. After working for two days, he tested the instrument. The stage works OK. He was doing over night run for the final test.

  2. Bruker engineer will be providing an on-site service on Thursday or Friday this week.

  3. Bruker received a PO yesterday. I am waiting for a Bruker service engineer to contact me for a service date. There is no Bruker service this week beause of their internal training. The on-site service most likely happens next week.

  4. I just got off the phone call with a Bruker engineer. He has not received the PO from UCI yet. If the PO is received today, Bruker may arrange the on-site service this week. If not, we have to wait till the week after next week because there is no on-site service next week.

  5. Following instructions from Bruker engineer, tried to fix the problems for several times. The situation was more serious than what was expected. An on-site service was requested and approved yesterday. A PO is being generated now. Another update will be posted here when the service is scheduled.
