The SEM is working at 1kV, but does not work for HT > 1kV. FEI engineers are informed and service call placed. Waiting for FEI service tomorrow.

FEI engineer received parts and installed them today. Alignement is done. Imaging has been tested at different HTs. The SEM is working well now. If there is any problem, please report. Thanks!
Two FEI engineers visited us today. They concluded that some parts in power supply were out of order. they ordered new parts today and will be back on Monday to repair the instrument.
