Magellan SEM was down this morning. Contacted FEI on-line help, but the problem was not solved. A service call was placed. FEI engineer will be on campus by lunch time. More updates will be placed in comments.

Parts arrived today. FEI engineers have fixed the high voltage problem. It is fully up now.
