The problems were fived on Wed morning. The SEM is up.
The cooling water failed again Tuesday night at about 12:45am. The SEM is unavailable until after it may be checked on Wednesday morning.
The chiller problem resulted from building cooling water problem. Now building water problem is solved. The chiller has been reset, working normally now. Water filters in Magellan chiller have been replaced. Water pressure is reballanced. Electron beams are obtained at different kVs. Good to use now.
