Alllen key was dropped into the SEM chamber and could not find it. Do not move the stage! Moving the stage could cause damage to the SEM.

The allen key was found and taken out. System is OK to use.
opened two windows, but could not find the alley key. A service was placed and an email was sent to FEI engineer yesterday. The engineer will be on Campus this morning to check it.
