The SEM is usable now. The Z is automatically linked with FWD. The FEI will solve this issue on Monday. Please be care of this when using the SEM.
FEI engineer is solving the image drafting problem.
I was told that the FEI engineer fixed SEM stage, but he is still working on other issues. The SEM is still marked down now. Users should not touch the SEM till the instrumental status is updated to operational. Hopefully, the SEM may be up tomorrow.
FEI engineer spent whole day on the SEM , ordered more parts and will continue tomorrow. Because the SEM stage is quite compact, it is difficult to change some parts.
FEI engineer visited LEXI and checked the SEM this morning. He ordered some parts at noon time today and will be back to the lab to change some SEM parts tomorrow.
FEI engineer will be on campus tomorrow.
