FEI engineers were on campus for the whole day. They were trying to solve the problem. No much progress was made today. You may use the temporary method (in the login sheet page dated close 3/14/2014) to open the quickloader door. They will be back again after receiving advices from FEI headquarter.
Stage touching problem was solved today. I tries to move the sample stage for a few times and did not have any problem.
FEI engineer came to check the quickloader this afternoon. We figured out a solution for this weekend. Please read my note in login book. FEI engineer will be back to check further on Monday
The quickloader was jammed. FEI engineer is informed. He is coming this afternoon. Please do not use the SEM when you do not see OK in the comment column in login sheet.
