The plasma cleaner in 1302 was reported to be down today. SBT engineer was reported. Waiting for response.

The instrument is fixed.
I received response from the SBT service engineer. The plasma cleaner needs to go back to SBT shop for a repair. The engineer is going to arrange a pick-up soon.
