TEM was down because of water leakage. FEI service has been informed. Waiting for response
TEM is down on 9/10/2016 and up on 8/13/2016

Found the water leakage, replaced the broken tubes, fixed the chiller, recovered the TEM vacuum, conditioned HT, did TEM alignment and tested CCD camera. TEM is UP now
