Handpiece Wet Stroke Measurement System
Our team researched technologies that had the potential to capture the displacement of a handpiece needle moving at a frequency greater than 30kHz to automate the current testing procedure and remove technician subjectivity

Project Deliverables:
- Research and propose alternative technologies that can:
- Make the testing process more automated and reliable
- Remove subjectivity during testing from technician input
- Decrease the testing time from 5 minutes
- Identify unstable stroke quantitatively
- Validate the chosen technology as a viable improvement to the wet stroke measurement system
- Design and source a testing setup with the new technology
