Jonathan Wallick
Jonathan was a staff member in the Chemistry department. He had been with UCI since early 2012, taking care of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, training, and administration of the facility. Departure on November 30th, 2019.

Professor Mikael Nilsson
Professor Nilsson was a professor in the Chemical Engineering Department, working with the reactor since starting at the university in 2009. His lab’s main body of research was in spent nuclear fuel reprocessing using solvent extraction.

Rose studies under professor Nilsson as a graduate student. Her scholastic interests have been in the radioactive contents of fracking water and the extraction thereof.
